Why I needed advice

Rik was first recommended to me by my accountant. I must admit I didn’t envy his task – I had a pretty dim view of pensions, stock markets and financial advisers in general, having heard some horror stories in the past! But I was open to having my mind changed.

How things look today

I now have a pretty comprehensive plan in place, complete with insurance to protect the business, myself and my family should the worst happen. I’m also building up a pension that is designed to give me the income I need from the age of 60. This means I’m free to begin future planning for the business, all paid for by the business.
