Professionally

Isha started her career in the financial services sector, working for HSBC where she supported a team of Financial Advisers. She went on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor and has worked for large government organisations. Here, she gained extensive project management and finance experience. These skills transferred to bring 8 Financial Planning to life – from what was a dream to reality. Isha uses her organisation and planning skills to manage the day-to-day business, ensuring a positive client experience throughout.

Alongside this Isha is a Certified Financial Coach, bringing a people-first, behavioural approach to money alongside technical expertise.

Personally

Isha is a mum to three amazing daughters. Outside of work she’s interested in wellness and self-care, enjoys baking and socialising with family and friends.
